Living on the Island

Isn’t it scary how people associate “the real world” with safety instead of passion? As children, we’re all told “Reach for the stars” and “Follow your dreams, whatever it takes!”

So, let me ask you: when does that change? When in our lives do we just wake up and decide to do what will get us by?

You see, people define success differently. Some will tell you success is all about money. Therefore, all the most successful people are the billionaires in the world. However, if this is true, why then are the richest people the most unhappy?

I’ve come to believe that life is all about the adventure. It’s not staying in one place or at one job, it’s exploring what’s out there. Sure money will help you to survive, but what if you’re trying to do more than that; why survive when you can live?
